The Truth Is, You Can't Fill Scrapbooks with Could'ves & Should'ves

If we spend forever waiting for someday, we’ll waste the time and the opportunities we have now. I know, because I used to be there myself.


Does this sound familiar?

  • If people-pleasing was an Olympic sport, you’d be on the podium every time. You feel obligated to do things you don’t really want to, and it’s eating up time and energy you’d rather use for other things.

Here's how it's happening:

  • For 8 weeks, we'll have a 90 minute call each Wednesday at 11am central time, starting 14 March
  • Each call will be recorded and posted in the members area, so if you can't make it, no problem
  • During each call, we'll cover different topics, do exercises together, and have time for Q&A
  • There will be some homeplay for you to do in between calls, but we're not talking MBA time commitment. ;) My plan is to have each homeplay activity be 30 minutes or less.
  • We'll have a Facebook group for Q&A, sharing and motivation during the course

And this part is really important --> THIS IS A BETA RUN!

I've never done this group program before. Heck, I've never even done a group program before, period. :)

So here's the deal: I know my strategies work. I know I'm good at helping people get to the root of their problems. I know my clients get results. But like I said, this is the first time I'm running a group program, so I'm going to be asking for feedback on what you love and what I can make better (and of course you'll get access to all future course updates).

Five years ago I was sitting in my driveway crying because I was so unhappy and overwhelmed, even though my life looked great from the outside.  I had a secure job where I was doing amazing things and learning a ton, a great husband, fun friends, my dream car, the ability to take vacations….  But I was stressed and burned out - and this was waaaaaay before I even became a mom.  

Living like that isn’t fun, and it’s definitely not healthy for you or your family.  

Then I had my daughter, and the moment that I held that tiny pink perfect human, everything changed.  I decided that I couldn’t settle in my life anymore.  I wanted to teach her how to be happy, successful and brave. I wanted to show her that she could do whatever she wants in her life, without sacrificing or being afraid to step out of her comfort zone.

I decided my life needed an upgrade. 

So I found some teachers who helped me make some significant changes in the way I think, and in the way I do things. And it's made all the difference in the world.

Program Details

Welcome & Orientation

Once you register, you'll receive a welcome packet and a link to an orientation quiz to help me make sure the program is best tailored to meet your needs during our time together. The welcome packet should take you less than 30 minutes to complete, and will help you get the most out of the program.

Module 1  - Being the Boss 101: Own where you are and where you're going

In this first week together, we'll look at where you are in different areas of your life. Then we'll lay the groundwork for creating lasting change by rethinking how we're showing up in the world, and commit to where we're going. The things I'll show you this week will make you rethink how you interpret things that happen in your life, and let you take back control.

Module 2 - Moving with a Purpose: Find the fuel behind your choices

There's been a lot of talk about purpose in the last few years - and with good reason! Knowing the "why" behind what we do acts like fuel for when times get bumpy. But how exactly are we supposed to know that? This week we'll uncover purpose using some great tools. Even if you have a good idea of what you're meant to be doing, you might find some new insights that may surprise you.

Module 3 - The Wants Start Here: drop the "shoulds" and decide what you really want

Have you gone through life making all the "right" choices, only to find you're not as happy as you thought you would be? Don't feel bad - I did that for years. Sometimes we need to step back from everyone else's expectations to figure out what we truly want in life. Shoot, sometimes we need to step back from our OWN expectations.... This week will be fun.

Module 4 - Goal-Setting Like a Pro: making your to-do list work for you

Have you ever looked at your to-do list and felt defeated before you even began? Yeah. Same here. I used to create these big goals, and then get disappointed again and again because I was doing it wrong. Turns out, there's a way to plan your goals and use your calendar, even if the thought of sticking to a schedule gives you the hives. 

Module 5 - Subconscious Obstacles: Let go of the stuff that’s keeping you stuck and small

Lots of times, we sabotage ourselves without even realizing it. Do you ever feel like you're spinning your wheels, but getting nowhere? The struggle is real, but we can let it go. This week we'll start looking at some of the ways we do it, and how to overcome them. I use these tools all the time in my own life, and I'm confident you're going to love them too.

Module 6 - Harnessing the Mind: Strategies to supercharge your confidence and performance  

Now that you're releasing the stuff that's keeping you stuck, it's time to propel yourself forward toward your goals. This week is all about things you can do to build momentum without feeling overwhelmed.

Module 7 - Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Fail?: Bouncing back when things don’t go as planned

Ok, so let's get real. It's not a matter of if we'll fail, it's a matter of when. Being the high-achiever that you are, the thought of completely tanking isn't exactly appealing, and it can lead to perfectionist tendencies that thwart our efforts. This week, we'll reframe the idea of failure, and even learn how to use it to our advantage.

Module 8 - Putting You on Your To Do List: Self-care & staying on track moving forward

So often we put ourselves last. (Haha - see the irony of making this module 8?) Taking care of other people is usually easier than remembering to take care of ourselves. And even when we do remember, it can be hard to stop feeling guilty enough long enough to enjoy it. This week we'll look at ways to keep our own cups full, and ways to stay on track as we wrap up the program.

Like all my programs, we'll be using a combination of practical strategies, mindset work and energy healing tools. Like my friend Kate Butler says, creating goals without mindset work is just making empty wishes. Not familiar with the chakras or think meditation is just for cross-legged yogis on mountaintops?

Don't worry - I've got you covered. I promise that even if you don't know a meridian from a mandarin, you're going to find this easy, energizing and fun. I'm all about spirituality for real people. :)
