How long will this take?

Going through Turn Down the Volume on Your Inner Critic itself will take about an hour. I kept it short and sweet so you can dive straight into the business-boosting confidence goodness that you’re looking for.

The actual EFT / tapping process is about 10 minutes long. For best results, I recommend doing it (or a shorter version that you can create using the script I give you) multiple times.

You’ll have the video, the audio, and the written script to make it easy for you to do. Plus, once you learn the method, it’ll become super easy for you to do anytime.

Is EFT some weird gimmick?

Great question. There's a lot of podunk out there. But EFT / Tapping is a clinically proven technique with research to back it.

The way it works is that it lowers the stress response in the body. As you probably know, stress does a whole bunch of not-great stuff to us, mentally and physically.

So when we can reduce our stress, we can function a lot better. It's not a magic pill or anything, but it's a great tool.
