Yes - this worksheet helps you figure out how to translate what's going on for you into a written script that you can tap along with.

Q: Is EFT some weird gimmick?

Great question. There's a lot of junk out there. But EFT / Tapping is a clinically proven technique with research to back it.

Q: Why should I trust you?

Listen, anyone can call themselves a coach or a tapping expert, and then teach you stuff you could have learned in 3-minute YouTube video for free.

I've been studying EFT/tapping and brain functions since 2015, under various teachers and certification programs. I'm a certified EFT / Tapping practitioner in the clinical method, an iPEC certified coach, and Certified Canfield Trainer in the Success Principles.

And most importantly, I'm a real and honest person who only teaches what I've studied and used myself and with clients.

Q: Is there any reason I shouldn't be doing tapping?

EFT is a powerful stress reduction technique and a great complement to medical treatment, but it’s not a replacement.
